Third Party Environmental Authority Audits

 Alana specialises in Environmental Authority Auditing and has extensive experience conducting environmental regulatory compliance audits throughout Queensland.

Your Environmental Authority may have a condition which requires a Third Party Auditor to audit compliance with the conditions of your Environmental Authority. Alana will prepare an Audit Report which can be submitted to the Administering Authority to demonstrate compliance with this condition.

Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plan (PRCP) Auditing 

Alana is a Central Queensland Rehabilitation auditor. 

All holders of a PRCP schedule must commission a rehabilitation auditor to carry out an audit of the PRCP schedule every three years. Information of the below points will be included in an audit report that the holder submits to the administering authority:

• what steps the holder has taken towards achieving milestones

• whether the holder has complied with all the conditions imposed on the PRCP schedule

• whether any information that has been given to the administering authority about rehabilitation is accurate

• whether the PMLUs are likely to be achieved, having regard to the rehabilitation that has and will be carried out.

The PRCP audit report will include recommendations, if required, on what actions the holder should take to ensure milestones are achieved and conditions are complied with.

State development Area (SDA) Approvals:

Audit and compliance reports for State development Area (SDA) approvals that are required to be submitted to the Coordinator-General as a condition of an SDA approval.

Alana undertakes non-statutory Audits for companies and is a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 19011:2018). She can undertake:
