ENVIRONMENTAL APPROVALS
AND AMENDMENTS
Environmental Approvals are essentially government permission to proceed with a project following an environmental assessment.

Your Environmental Approval may include a development approval with the local council where they will carry out development assessment through their own local planning scheme. Where state interests are affected, the Planning Regulation 2017 may require that certain development applications be referred to the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA).
Alana will traverse the local and state government assessments processes and support you in gaining the following environmental approvals.
